ロンドンの美容室に行ってきた。I went to a barber in London.

I had my hair cut yesterday.
昨日、髪を切ってもらいに行ってきました。

There were two big differences between Japanese barber and British one.
日本のとイギリスので2つ大きな違いがありました。

They use paper instead of towel. So after having my hair washed, my hair was dried by paper not towel.
イギリスではタオルの代わりに紙を使うようです。なので、髪を洗ってもらった後、タオルでなく紙で拭き取られました。

Second difference is that they used fire to arrange sideboards (momiage in Japanese). There was a piece of wire which had a cotton on the tip, and the cotton was fired. They hit it to me slightly. I was scared and it was bad smell.
2つ目の違いは もみあげ を整えるのに火を使っていた事です。針金の先に綿が付いていて、それを燃やした物をポンポンともみあげに叩きつけます。怖かったし、焦げた匂いが臭かったです。

The haircut costed 28.5 pounds. I think that it is average cost in London, but there are many cheaper barber here. The price of these barber is 5 pounds or so.
カット代は28.5ポンドでした。ロンドンの平均ぐらいじゃないかと思います。しかし、ロンドンにはもっと安い店もたくさんあって、安いとこは、だいたい5ポンドとかそんなです。

It is doubtful this haircut was worth. Because there's no one who noticed my change, except one Japanese man who were 67 years old.
このヘアカットが果たして価値があったのかは、ちょっと怪しいです。というのも、僕の変化に気づいたのは６７歳の日本人男性１人だけだったからです。

Next time I'll go to cheaper barber.
次は、安い方の床屋にしようと思います。
